Zhongqiao Enlightenment’s PP (Polypropylene) water treatment equipment, branded as QDPP integrated sewage treatment system, is a corrosion-resistant customized wastewater purification solution independently developed by our company. The whole tank adopts high-modulus polypropylene integrated rotational molding & hot-melt welding molding, replacing traditional carbon steel and anti-corrosion coated steel structures. Equipped with mature AO, AAO, MBBR or advanced MBR biological treatment processes, it completes regulating, anaerobic, aerobic sedimentation, filtration and disinfection inside one compact tank, efficiently removing COD, BOD₅, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and suspended solids. The effluent meets international discharge standards and can be reused for irrigation, landscape replenishment and site water recycling, perfectly suited for corrosive wastewater treatment scenarios.

1. Super Strong Acid & Alkali Corrosion Resistance

   PP features stable chemical inertness, resisting erosion from acidic, alkaline, salty and weakly organic industrial wastewater. No rust, no peeling coating, far longer service life than carbon steel and ordinary anti-corrosion steel tanks, ideal for coastal high-salinity wastewater, electroplating, printing & dyeing, chemical workshop wastewater.

2. Integrated Molding, No Water Leakage Risk

   Whole tank integral forming + full hot melt welding structure, seamless connection, effectively solves leakage problems of welded steel tanks; excellent structural rigidity, anti-settlement when buried underground.

3. Lightweight & Easy Transportation & Installation

   Lower density than metal, overall weight is greatly reduced, convenient for sea container export, hoisting and on-site placement; can be buried underground to save land space, top area available for greening or pavement utilization.
