Project Overview
This integrated sewage treatment equipment is independently manufactured and exported by Zhongqiao Enlightenment, specially customized for domestic and industrial composite sewage treatment projects in Ethiopia. The designed daily sewage treatment capacity is 110 Cubic Meters Per Day (110m³/d). Adopting mature MBBR moving bed biofilm reactor treatment process, the whole set is equipped with an independent enclosed equipment room for centralized protection of electric control, dosing and core operation components, which is adapted to the local high temperature, dusty and unstable power supply environment in Ethiopia.
Core Treatment Process: MBBR Process
Adopted advanced MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) biological sewage treatment technology, which combines activated sludge and biofilm process advantages. It features large biomass quantity, strong anti-shock load capacity, compact tank volume, high denitrification efficiency and stable effluent quality, perfectly matching Ethiopia’s local sewage discharge standards.
Complete Process Flow: Sewage Collection & Regulation → Anaerobic Tank → Anoxic Tank → MBBR Aerobic Bio-reactor → Sedimentation & Separation → Automatic Disinfection → Qualified Effluent Discharge/Reuse
Equipped with special suspended bio-carrier, aeration circulation system and sludge reflux system, with low carrier loss rate, easy microbial film renewal, low daily maintenance workload for on-site operators.

Matching independent compact enclosed equipment room: All core auxiliary devices including PLC intelligent control cabinet, automatic dosing device, membrane backwash pump, power distribution assembly and maintenance tools are placed inside the dedicated equipment room. It can effectively protect precision electric parts and MBR membrane components from wind, sand, high temperature and rain erosion in East African outdoor environment, ensure long-term stable operation of equipment, and facilitate centralized daily inspection and overhaul work.
