Superior PP Material Performance

Modified polypropylene material features excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance, anti-aging property, and oxidation resistance. It can long-term adapt to complex sewage environments containing organic matter, grease, and trace chemical components, without rusting, cracking or permeating. Advanced Treatment Technology

In the anaerobic zone, macromolecular organic pollutants in sewage are decomposed and hydrolyzed into small molecular substances, effectively reducing sewage COD and BOD indicators. In the anoxic zone, denitrifying bacteria complete nitrogen removal reaction to solve the problem of total nitrogen exceeding the standard. In the aerobic zone, high-efficiency aerobic microorganisms further degrade organic pollutants, while realizing nitrification and phosphorus removal. After layered sedimentation and precise disinfection, the effluent water quality is stable and up to standard, fully meeting the requirements of national and international sewage discharge and reuse standards. The whole treatment process is carried out in a closed tank body, which completely avoids sewage leakage, odor overflow and secondary environmental pollution.
