Anti-Corrosion PP Integrated Sewage Treatment Tank Whole Welded PP Structure No Leakage Risk Long Service Life
This anti-corrosion PP integrated sewage treatment tank is a new-generation plastic integrated wastewater treatment facility featured with full whole-welded PP structure, zero leakage risk and ultra-long service life, upgraded to solve common defects of traditional carbon steel, FRP and concrete sewage tanks. It is widely applied for decentralized domestic sewage and light industrial wastewater treatment in villages, hotels, restaurants, clinics, scenic spots and suburban commercial zones, perfectly adapting corrosive, oily and high-salinity sewage working conditions that metal tanks cannot bear.
Made of food-grade modified polypropylene raw material, the tank delivers superior comprehensive anti-corrosion performance. Different from ordinary metal tanks prone to rust, oxidation and chemical erosion, the integral PP material resists corrosion from acid, alkali, oil, organic solvent and microbial sludge erosion inside sewage. It will not peel, deform or rust under long-term contact with catering oily wastewater, medical disinfectant wastewater and fermented domestic sewage, eliminating regular anti-rust coating maintenance work required for steel tanks.
Adopting one-piece hot-melt whole welding craft, the tank has no splicing gaps, bolt joints or assembly seams. The fully fused welding structure realizes seamless integration of tank body, partition plates, water inlet and outlet ports, which completely avoids hidden leakage risk caused by loose connecting parts, aging sealing gaskets and seam cracking. Compared with assembled concrete tanks with easy seepage and secondary pollution, this welded PP tank features stable structural tightness, no underground sewage seepage, no groundwater backflow, and zero secondary soil pollution.
With optimized structural rigidity and anti-aging formula, the tank owns extended service life up to 25-30 years, 2 times longer than conventional carbon steel sewage tanks. It supports buried and surface-mounted dual installation, features lightweight body, easy transportation and fast on-site installation without complex foundation treatment. Matched with built-in biological filter, aeration and sedimentation modules, it achieves standard effluent discharge. Besides, the PP tank is flame-retardant, weather-resistant, low-temperature resistant, free from cracking in cold outdoor environments, with low operation and maintenance cost, becoming a cost-effective durable wastewater treatment carrier for decentralized sewage projects.
