廃水処理用高効率傾斜板沈殿槽、産業機器
はじめに
傾斜管（板）沈殿槽は、浅水槽沈殿理論に基づいた効率的な複合沈殿槽であり、浅水槽沈殿槽とも呼ばれます。沈殿域に多数の高密度傾斜管または板を設置し、水中の懸濁不純物を傾斜管または板内に沈殿させます。水は傾斜管または板に沿って上昇・流動し、分離された汚泥は重力作用により傾斜管（板）に沿って沈殿槽底部に滑り落ち、その後濃縮されて排出されます。
装置の特徴
この構造により、沈殿効率を50〜60％向上させ、同じ面積で処理能力を2〜4倍に増加させることができます。元の廃水の実験データによると、異なる流量の傾斜管沈殿器を設計でき、通常は使用中に凝集剤が添加されます。
構造と原理
傾斜管沈殿浄化方法は、汚泥懸濁層の上に60度の傾斜角を持つ傾斜管コンポーネントを設置し、原水に凝集剤を添加して形成された懸濁固体、固体またはフロックを傾斜管の底面に薄い汚泥層として凝集させ、重力により汚泥懸濁層に滑り戻り、汚泥収集ホッパーに沈降させます。汚泥は排出管を通して汚泥タンクに排出され、さらに処理または総合利用されます。上澄み液は徐々に浄水域に上昇して排出され、直接排出または再利用できます。
