浮選沈殿統合機と凝集沈殿統合機は、廃水中の浮遊固形物を除去します
近年、浮選技術は給水、排水、廃水処理に広く応用されています。廃水中の浮遊フロック、凝集したコロイド物質、油分、その他の沈降しにくい物質を効果的に除去できます。
- 処理能力が大きく、効率が高く、設置面積が小さい。
- プロセスと装置構造がシンプルで、使いやすくメンテナンスも容易です。
- スラッジバルキングを解消できます。
- 水への曝気時に空気が浮上すると、水中の界面活性剤や臭気除去に顕著な効果があります。同時に、曝気は水中の溶存酸素を増加させ、後続処理に有利な条件を提供します。
- 低温、低濁度、藻類を含む水に対して、浮選法は効果的に処理できます。
- マイクロバブルと浮遊粒子の効率的な吸着により、SSの除去効果が向上します。
- 下水中の油分、接着剤、浮遊粒子、繊維を効果的に除去し、下水中のCOD、BOD、SSの負荷を低減し、水質の色を著しく変化させることができます。
