はじめに
傾斜管（板）沈殿槽は、浅水槽沈殿理論に基づいて設計された効率的な複合沈殿槽であり、浅水槽沈殿槽とも呼ばれます。沈殿領域に多数の高密度傾斜管または板を設置し、水中の懸濁不純物を傾斜管または板に沈殿させます。水は上昇して傾斜管または板に沿って流れ、分離された汚泥は重力作用により傾斜管（板）に沿って沈殿槽の底部に滑り落ち、その後濃縮して排出されます。
設備の特徴
この構造により、沈殿効率を50〜60％向上させ、同じ面積で処理能力を2〜4倍に増やすことができます。元の廃水の実証実験データによると、異なる流量の傾斜管沈殿器を設計でき、通常は凝集剤を添加して使用します。
構造と原理
傾斜管沈殿浄化方法は、汚泥懸濁層の上に60度の傾斜角を持つ傾斜管コンポーネントを設置し、原水に凝集剤を添加して形成された懸濁固体、固体またはフロックを傾斜管の底面に薄い汚泥層として凝集させ、重力により汚泥懸濁層に滑り戻り、汚泥収集ホッパーに沈降させます。汚泥は排出管を通して汚泥タンクに排出され、さらに処理または総合利用され、上澄みは徐々に浄水エリアに上昇して排出され、直接排出または再利用できます。
