CAFカビテーション空気浮遊機
カビテーション・エア・フロテーション (CAF) は,機械的な気流浮遊装置である.高速回転機からの負圧カビテーションと切断力によって微小泡を生成する.空気圧縮機は必要ありません溶けた空気タンクや高圧ポンプ シンプルな構造,低エネルギー消費,防堵性能油性および高懸浮固体廃水の予処理に広く使用されています.
作業原理
- カビテーション空気吸入:プロペラーは高速で回転し,水中の局所真空を形成し,自動的に空気を吸入します.
- バブルシェーリング:吸入した空気は30〜100μmのマイクロバブルに切断され,排水中に均等に分散します.
- 吸収と漂浮:泡は懸浮固体,油脂,コロイド,繊維に粘り,低密度で上向きに浮いている小粒子を形成する.
- スラグ の 剥離 と 水 の 放出: 浮く 糞 は 剥削 器 で 除去 さ れ,浄化 さ れ た 水 は 底 から 流出 し ます.
