HMPP integrated pumping station for municipal drainage is a new generation of buried integrated prefabricated pumping equipment, which takes High Modulus Polypropylene (HMPP) as the core material and integrates multiple functions into one through factory prefabrication. Different from traditional concrete and FRP pumping stations, the HMPP cylinder of this pumping station is formed by automatic numerical control three-layer winding, which is seamless and integrated, completely eliminating the hidden danger of leakage caused by splicing seams. The material has excellent physical and chemical properties, with a bending modulus of more than 1800MPa and a ring stiffness of SN25~SN32, which can withstand the pressure of underground soil, groundwater lateral pressure and fluid impact, and is not easy to crack or deform even when buried deeply for a long time. It has extremely strong corrosion resistance, can tolerate the erosion of media with pH value of 0.5~14, and is not affected by sewage, acid-base, salt and other substances, realizing lifelong no corrosion maintenance.
