Zhongqiao Enlightenment has completed the coordinated loading of dissolved air flotation equipment and an integrated biological treatment unit for a project requiring a combined wastewater treatment process. Preparing the two systems together helps align delivery, installation, and commissioning activities.

The dissolved air flotation stage is designed to remove suspended solids, fats, oils, and other floatable contaminants before biological treatment. Reducing these loads upstream can improve the operating conditions of the downstream biological process.

For this delivery, the engineering team coordinated the hydraulic sequence, chemical dosing interfaces, sludge discharge points, power requirements, and access for operation. The equipment arrangement was reviewed as a complete treatment line rather than as separate machines.

The DAF unit includes a treatment tank, access platform, stairs, flotation components, and associated dosing equipment. Connection points and lifting positions were checked before the system was secured for transportation.

Before loading, Zhongqiao Enlightenment inspected structural supports, coatings, pipelines, access openings, electrical interfaces, and transport protection. Components requiring separate installation were identified and included in the delivery checklist.
