The complete treatment process flow includes pretreatment system, primary treatment system, secondary biological treatment system, tertiary advanced treatment system and sludge disposal system. The pretreatment unit consists of grid filters, regulating tanks and air flotation devices, which effectively intercept large suspended impurities, balance water quality and water quantity, and reduce the impact of high-concentration pollutants on subsequent biological units. The biological treatment unit adopts EGSB anaerobic reactor and two-stage AO biological process, which efficiently decomposes organic pollutants, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in wastewater with high treatment efficiency and strong impact resistance. The tertiary treatment adopts coagulation sedimentation, ultrafiltration and ultraviolet disinfection technology to further remove residual trace pollutants, ensuring stable and up-to-standard effluent water quality. The supporting sludge dewatering system realizes sludge reduction and harmless treatment, avoiding secondary pollution.

- Processing Capacity: Customizable single-unit treatment capacity ranges from 50m³/day to 20,000m³/day, supporting customized design for large-scale industrial wastewater treatment projects and phased capacity expansion to meet the production demands of different enterprises.
- Influent & Effluent Water Quality: Adaptable to high-concentration industrial wastewater with influent COD ≤ 5000mg/L, BOD ≤ 2000mg/L, ammonia nitrogen ≤ 300mg/L and SS ≤ 800mg/L. After treatment, effluent COD ≤ 50mg/L, BOD ≤ 10mg/L, ammonia nitrogen ≤ 5mg/L, SS ≤ 10mg/L, fully meeting national first-class A discharge standards and international general industrial discharge standards.
- Operation Performance: Total pollutant removal efficiency reaches over 95%; system operating power consumption is 0.8–1.5 kWh per cubic meter of water; continuous 24-hour stable operation is supported, with an equipment failure rate lower than 1%. The intelligent control system realizes automatic dosing, automatic backwashing and remote monitoring, with simple daily operation.
- Equipment Material & Service Life: Main equipment shells adopt carbon steel anti-corrosion treatment or 304 stainless steel materials; internal accessories are made of high-strength anti-corrosion and wear-resistant materials. The overall service life of the system is more than 15 years, with low later maintenance cost and strong environmental adaptability, suitable for high-temperature, high-humidity and corrosive industrial scenarios.
