Integrated municipal sewage treatment equipment is a full-set, prefabricated wastewater treatment solution specially designed for large-scale municipal sewage treatment projects and decentralized water environment governance. Differing from traditional dispersed concrete sewage treatment structures, this integrated equipment integrates all core functional units including pretreatment, biochemical treatment, sedimentation, disinfection, sludge disposal and automatic control into a compact, sealed modular unit. It serves as a core facility for modern municipal sewage treatment, effectively solving the problems of large land occupation, long construction cycle and high investment costs of conventional sewage treatment plants, and has become the preferred equipment for urban, township and industrial park large-scale wastewater treatment projects.
The equipment adopts mature and efficient biochemical treatment technologies, mainly combining biological contact oxidation process and activated sludge process, which are optimized and upgraded for municipal domestic sewage and low-concentration organic industrial wastewater. The internal structure is divided into independent functional zones in sequence: regulating zone, anoxic denitrification zone, aerobic biochemical zone, secondary sedimentation zone and disinfection zone. The regulating zone stabilizes water quality and water volume to eliminate the impact of peak sewage discharge on the subsequent treatment system. The anoxic zone realizes denitrification and dephosphorization through microbial metabolism to remove total nitrogen and total phosphorus in sewage. The aerobic zone utilizes high-efficiency biofilm fillers to cultivate a large number of dominant microorganisms, which fully decompose and degrade organic pollutants such as COD and BOD in wastewater. After gravity sedimentation in the sedimentation zone to separate suspended solids and aging biofilms, the final effluent is disinfected to eliminate harmful bacteria, achieving stable up-to-standard discharge.
Manufactured with high-quality carbon steel, stainless steel or fiberglass materials, the whole set of equipment features anti-corrosion, wear resistance and long service life, adapting to various outdoor and harsh operating environments. Its modular and integrated design greatly simplifies the project construction process. Unlike traditional sewage plants that require large-scale civil engineering construction, this equipment can be prefabricated in factories, transported as a whole and installed on site, shortening the project construction cycle from several years to several months, which is extremely suitable for large-scale wastewater treatment projects with urgent construction schedules and limited land resources.
