If the alarm is not resolved within 24 hours, our company's backend operation and maintenance personnel will inform the customer by phone and assist the customer in resolving the on-site fault issues. It is also possible to retrieve data from the backend during the time period of the malfunction for cause analysis. (such as voltage, flow rate, etc. when an alarm occurs)
6. When the number of devices reaches a certain level, a private cloud can be built, and customers can have their own exclusive platform.
