The Zhongqiao integrated packaged sewage treatment equipment is engineered with customized processes based on its inherent performance characteristics, coupled with optimized exterior design. Tailor-made for above-ground installation scenarios, this equipment prioritizes aesthetic appeal to seamlessly integrate into and embellish tourist attractions. Its cultural motifs, color schemes, styling and patterns are all fully customizable to meet specific requirements.
The decorative panels are made of cold-rolled sheets and formed in one step via CNC bending. For corrosion protection, the panels undergo electrostatic powder spraying followed by melting, leveling and curing at 200℃, resulting in a smooth and bright surface finish.
Square steel is used for supporting and reinforcing the connection between the decorative panels and the main cabinet. The equipment can be equipped with electric heating functions and insulated with rubber plastic cotton or rock wool, ensuring stable operation even in the frigid northern regions.
The equipment surface is processed with high precision, allowing for customized patterns or logos based on specific requirements. A wide range of styles are available, including classical, modern, trendy and landscape themes, and custom hand-painted designs are also supported.
