- Raw material requirements: All of our steel plates are made of national standard steel plates to ensure thickness, high strength, high toughness, excellent welding performance, good impact resistance, low temperature toughness, and other advantages. All PP material equipment is made of raw materials from PetroChina and Sinopec, without any recycled materials. It has the advantages of good coloring effect, bright color, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, environmental protection, non-toxic and odorless, and strong toughness. All flanges are made according to national standards, standardized production, and corrosion-resistant. All mechanical and electrical equipment adopts well-known domestic brands with high quality requirements and low failure rates. In response to the high requirements for PLC and MBR membranes, we have invested in the construction of PLC and MBR membrane processing workshops. - Welding process: All carbon steel equipment adopts double-sided full welding on the inside and outside to ensure the firmness of the equipment. While the overall compressive strength is strong, it also ensures that the equipment welds do not leak, maximizing the service life of the equipment. The welding energy adopts mixed gas welding, which improves the stability of the arc, thereby improving the quality of the weld seam, enhancing the strength and corrosion resistance of the weld seam, while reducing the splashing rate and ensuring the beauty of the weld seam. PP material equipment adopts the production process of integral winding molding, and the equipment has no welds. The internal welding adopts the automatic long arm extrusion welding process, which melts the native particle mother material with the same material as the tank body at the internal weld seam, forming an integrated body with the tank bottom and tank body.
- Processing machinery and equipment: In order to improve the degree of automation and product quality, our company purchases large mechanical equipment, such as large automatic welding horizontal welding, automatic welding vertical welding, large laser engraving machines, bending machines, collision welding machines, cutting machines, etc., to avoid common quality problems in manual operations, such as uneven cutting, uneven welding, or exposed weld seams, and greatly improve production efficiency.
- Anti corrosion requirements: All carbon steel equipment shall be coated with three layers of epoxy coal tar paint for internal corrosion prevention, three layers of epoxy zinc rich paint for external corrosion prevention, and one layer of hammer pattern paint for both internal and external surfaces to fully ensure equipment corrosion resistance and extend service life. After applying hammer pattern paint, the equipment has a strong overall texture, good texture, and is more environmentally friendly. It has the advantages of strong adhesion, scratch resistance, wear resistance, and scratch resistance. PP material equipment, due to its excellent properties such as high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, is particularly suitable for use in the sewage treatment industry and is the future trend of the industry. PP tanks are used by many chemical companies as water storage tanks. The filling bracket and internal ladder are all made of galvanized threaded steel, which can effectively prevent corrosion and prevent the filling from getting tangled or knotted when used as a filling bracket.
- Reinforcement requirements: All carbon steel equipment is reinforced with channel steel surround reinforcement, forming a skeleton inside the equipment. After mechanical analysis software testing, all equipment has formed the strongest compressive and tensile strength. The PP equipment, due to its integral winding molding, has an elastic modulus of ≥ 1500MPA and extremely high product ring stiffness, possessing strong compressive strength. The internal structure also uses carbon steel anti-corrosion reinforcement ribs as a support structure, making the equipment have extremely high compressive and tensile strength as a whole. PP material equipment has added antioxidant additives to the raw materials, extending the service life of the equipment to up to 50 years, and can be recycled and reused.
- Water passing method: Our equipment uses diversion pipes for all water passing methods, which is different from the traditional overflow water passing method. Diversion water can guide the sewage to the bottom of the next tank, allowing the sewage to undergo sufficient biochemical reactions. The water treatment phase rate is high, the effluent quality is good, and the sludge production is low.
- PLC and MBR autonomous processing: PLC, as the operating brain of the entire equipment, plays a crucial role. Once a fault occurs, the equipment must be shut down for maintenance. Similarly, MBR, as the core of membrane treatment technology, can also affect the efficiency of sewage treatment once a fault occurs. In view of this, our company has invested in and built a PLC and MBR membrane independent processing workshop with high standards and requirements. All products produced are used for our own equipment, greatly improving overall quality and reducing equipment maintenance frequency and failure rate. At the same time, our company has invested heavily in the development of our own Chaos Cloud platform, which can remotely control devices through mobile phones, computers, etc., achieving unmanned operation of devices, greatly improving the automation level of devices, and saving labor and maintenance costs.
