Containerized integrated sewage treatment equipment is a modular, fully packaged system that integrates complete treatment units—including pretreatment, biochemical reaction, advanced filtration/membrane separation, and disinfection—into standard 20ft/40ft shipping containers.
The entire system is prefabricated in the factory. On-site commissioning only requires ground hardening and connection of water and electricity, with no large-scale civil engineering work needed.

Treats refractory industrial wastewater (printing & dyeing, pharmaceuticals),
significantly improving COD and color removal efficiency.

- Material: Q235 carbon steel with anti-corrosion coating (service life: 20–30 years); stainless steel available for highly corrosive wastewater.
- Operating Conditions: Temperature 5–40°C, pH 6–9.
- Selection Basis: Influent characteristics (COD, BOD, SS, NH₃-N, TP, salinity), flow fluctuation, required discharge standard, site conditions, budget.
