Our Carbon Steel Flat Plate Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment is a highly integrated, robust wastewater processing solution engineered for small-to-medium industrial facilities and decentralized wastewater scenarios. Fabricated with premium Q235B carbon steel flat plates, the main tank is reinforced with multi-layer anti-corrosion coatings (epoxy coal tar pitch/glass flake lining) to ensure long-term durability even in harsh industrial environments. The all-in-one design integrates pretreatment, biological treatment (AO/A²O/MBR), sedimentation, disinfection, and sludge concentration into a compact unit, eliminating the need for separate concrete tanks and significantly reducing on-site construction time. It can be installed underground (with top greening) or above ground, offering exceptional flexibility for various project layouts.

1. Pretreatment: Industrial wastewater enters the grid and regulating tank to remove large suspended solids and balance water quantity/quality, reducing the impact load on the subsequent biological system.
2. Biological Treatment: The equipment adopts AO (Anoxic-Oxic), A²O (Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic) or AO+MBR flat membrane processes. High-concentration microorganisms decompose organic pollutants, while denitrification and phosphorus removal reactions are completed in different functional zones, with removal rates of COD, BOD₅, NH₃-N, and TP reaching up to 95%, 96%, 92%, and 85% respectively.
3. Sedimentation & Membrane Separation (for MBR models): Sedimentation tank clarifies the mixed liquid; MBR flat membrane modules further filter the effluent to retain fine particles and bacteria, ensuring ultra-clear water quality.
4. Disinfection & Sludge Treatment: UV disinfection or sodium hypochlorite disinfection eliminates pathogenic microorganisms. Concentrated sludge is periodically discharged for safe disposal or resource recovery.
5. Automatic Control: PLC intelligent control system with touch screen and remote monitoring function, realizing automatic operation, fault alarm, and data recording.
