Air Flotation Machine
This air flotation machine adopts in-pump pressurized mixing technology, which draws in water and air simultaneously. It produces fine microbubbles with a diameter of 25–40 microns, eliminating the need for a return pump, air compressor, ejector or dissolved air tank, thus greatly simplifying the overall structure.
The aeration process of this equipment is realized by a gas-liquid mixing pump. After treatment, part of the clarified water is recycled back to the gas-liquid mixing pump. As the pump draws in liquid, a certain negative pressure is formed at the pump inlet, allowing air to be sucked in together with the liquid through the suction port. The air is then fully dissolved into the liquid under the high-speed shearing action of the pump impeller.
By adjusting operating parameters and the gas-liquid mixing ratio, highly dispersed microbubbles can be generated or maximum air entrainment can be achieved. According to different pump models, the air content in the liquid can reach up to 30%.
When this saturated or supersaturated dissolved air water enters the reaction tank and stays for a period of stabilization, it is quickly depressurized through the release device, releasing a large number of dense microbubbles with a diameter of 25–40 microns.
