In order to adapt to the development needs of modern cities and the construction of new rural areas, Zhong Qiao Enlightenment has launched a new generation of all-weather and multi-purpose HMPP pump stations, which can be used to collect and upgrade sewage, rainwater and wastewater. Most of them are used for sewage collection and discharge in residential and rural areas, drainage in scenic areas, etc. It has the advantages of light overall weight, short processing cycle, and safe and reliable operation, and the construction of such pump stations is an economical and efficient solution.
- The HMPP integrated pump station system has high integration and a small floor area, and it is easy to realize automation;

The maintenance and operation is simple and safe. By adopting a deodorizing ventilation pipe, an anti-siltation base and an external valve well, there is no need to go down to the well to clear the silt manually during the later maintenance or management process, so that the danger is reduced.
By using the cylinder made of HMPP, the production cycle is shorter, and the overall quality is lighter, so that transportation costs are reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
The HMPP cylinder adopts new technology and high-modulus polypropylene material, which is degradable, environmental-friendly and pollution-free. The cylinder wall adopts a three-layer sandwich tube structure, which has high impact strength and good pressure bearing capacity, and the materials are recyclable. It has the advantages of high strength, zero penetration, corrosion resistance, strong applicability, etc.
The QD-HMPP integrated pump station is prefabricated and assembled in the factory, and it is customized. According to actual applications, usage conditions, user needs and other conditions, different pump station combination solutions can be provided, such as external valve wells, dry type pump stations, wet pump stations, multi-cylinder parallel pump stations, front grille wells and other combinations, meeting different environmental conditions and customer needs.
The cylinder adopts the "secondary winding" forming technology. Secondary winding forming means that the bottom layer of the pipe and the ribbed pipe is wound in different times, after the bottom layer is wound, the bottom material is crystallized through the sufficient air cooling process, and the stress of the internal material is sufficiently released. Then reheat the surface of the bottom layer, and wind the ribbed pipe.
Compared with the primary winding and forming cylinder currently on the market, the "secondary winding" process is more complex. After forming, the stress on the cylinder is small, the ribbed pipe has no deformation, and its strength is high. For cylinders of the same specifications, the ring stiffness of the secondary winding cylinder is approximately 15%-33% higher than that of the primary winding cylinder.
