QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment
QDPP integrated sewage treatment equipment derives its name from its raw material, a type of polymer-based new material. Featuring integral molding technology, this equipment is manufactured in a tank structure.
In response to the actual sewage treatment conditions and discharge standards in rural China, the R&D team of Zhong Qiao Enlightenment has tackled technical challenges, optimized foreign technologies, and developed a full series of integrated sewage treatment equipment. These include Zhong Qiao Horizontal Tank A/B, Zhong Qiao Vertical Tank A/B, Zhong Qiao Hollow Tank, and other models.
QDPP integrated sewage treatment equipment adopts a one-step forming and multi-layer winding production process, with a wall thickness ranging from 10mm to 80mm.
Multi-layer winding means that after the base layer of the tank is wound, the base material is fully crystallized and its internal stress is sufficiently released through adequate air cooling. The surface of the base layer is then reheated to wind the next layer. For tank joints, the number of winding layers is adjusted according to the required thickness.
