Our Domestic Wastewater Treatment System integrates physical, biological, and chemical treatment technologies into a compact, modular design, which can efficiently purify domestic sewage with a treatment capacity ranging from 0.5m³/d to 500m³/d, suitable for single-family houses, villas, rural communities, small hotels, scenic spots, highway service areas, and other scenarios where centralized sewage pipe networks are unavailable or insufficient. The system is committed to removing harmful substances such as organic matter, ammonia nitrogen, phosphorus, suspended solids (SS), and pathogenic bacteria from wastewater, ensuring that the treated effluent meets international and local discharge standards, and even realizing reutilization for green irrigation, car washing, and toilet flushing to achieve water resource recycling.

Core Technologies & Treatment Process

The system adopts advanced and mature treatment processes, with three mainstream options to meet different water quality requirements and application scenarios, all following the "graded treatment, step-by-step purification" principle to ensure stable and efficient treatment effects:

1. A/O (Anaerobic-Aerobic) Process

As the most widely used process, it achieves dual effects of organic matter degradation and denitrification through the series operation of anaerobic and aerobic tanks. In the anaerobic section (dissolved oxygen < 0.2mg/L), anaerobic bacteria decompose macromolecular organic matter into small molecular substances, increasing the biodegradability of sewage (B/C ratio from 0.3 to above 0.5); in the aerobic section (dissolved oxygen 2-4mg/L), aerobic bacteria further oxidize organic matter into CO₂ and H₂O, while nitrifying bacteria convert ammonia nitrogen into nitrate nitrogen, with a total nitrogen removal rate of 60%-70%. It is suitable for ordinary domestic sewage treatment scenarios such as rural communities and small residential areas.

2. SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor) Process

Adopting an intermittent operation mode, it completes water intake, reaction, sedimentation, and drainage in the same reactor, replacing space division with time division, which saves more than 30% of the floor space. The operation cycle is usually 6-8 hours (including 4-5 hours of aeration reaction and 1-2 hours of sedimentation), making it particularly suitable for scenarios with large fluctuations in water quality and quantity, such as scenic spots and rural tourism resorts. Compared with continuous flow processes, it reduces sludge production by 20% and has strong adaptability to water quality changes.

3. MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) Process

Combining membrane separation technology with biological treatment, it uses ultrafiltration membranes (pore size 0.01-0.1μm) to replace traditional secondary sedimentation tanks for solid-liquid separation. The high-efficiency interception effect of the membrane module makes the sludge concentration (MLSS) in the reactor reach 8000-12000mg/L, which is 2-3 times that of the traditional activated sludge method, greatly improving the efficiency of organic matter degradation (COD removal rate > 95%). The treated effluent has a turbidity of < 0.5NTU and SS of < 1mg/L, which can be directly reused, with a reclaimed water utilization rate of up to 30%. The whole treatment process is fully automated, from sewage intake, grille interception, and equalization adjustment to biological reaction, membrane separation, disinfection, and effluent discharge, all controlled by a PLC intelligent system, without manual on-site operation, greatly reducing operation and maintenance costs.

The maintenance cycle is long, requiring only one comprehensive inspection and maintenance per year, and the membrane module of MBR process only needs regular cleaning (maintenance cleaning once a week, chemical cleaning once every 3 months) with a service life of 3-5 years.
