This mobile sewage treatment system adopts the mature and efficient A/O+MBR combined process, which organically integrates anaerobic biochemical treatment, aerobic degradation and membrane bioreactor filtration technology, covering the whole process of sewage pretreatment, biochemical purification, solid-liquid separation and effluent disinfection. First, domestic sewage enters the pretreatment module to intercept large particles, suspended solids and floating impurities, avoiding blockage of subsequent biological units. Then the sewage flows into the anaerobic tank, where anaerobic microorganisms decompose macromolecular organic matter in the water, degrade COD and BOD, and complete denitrification and phosphorus removal to reduce water eutrophication factors. After that, the water enters the aerobic tank for further oxidative degradation of residual organic pollutants, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen.
The core MBR membrane unit replaces the traditional sedimentation tank, achieving ultra-high-precision solid-liquid separation. The submerged ultrafiltration membrane acts as an absolute barrier, effectively intercepting activated sludge, bacteria and fine suspended particles, ensuring stable and high-quality effluent. Finally, the effluent is disinfected by ultraviolet or sodium hypochlorite sterilization device to eliminate harmful pathogens, making the treated water fully compliant with international discharge and reuse standards.
