The PP Material Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment is a new-generation environmental product developed by Zhongqiao Enlightenment, combining advanced polymer material technology with the company’s proven treatment processes. Made of polypropylene (PP) through a mold winding process, the equipment is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, anti-aging, electrically insulated, and long-lasting.

It is particularly suitable for coastal, high-salinity, strongly corrosive, humid, and acidic/alkaline wastewater environments, serving as an ideal upgrade and replacement for traditional metal equipment.

PP has natural chemical inertness and can resist most acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents, fundamentally solving the problems of rusting, coating peeling, and shortened service life that plague carbon steel equipment in corrosive environments.

The one-piece molded structure has no welds or gaps, offering superior overall strength and sealing compared with welded tanks, effectively preventing leakage and secondary pollution. The smooth inner wall resists sludge and biofilm attachment, reducing cleaning frequency and long-term energy consumption. In addition, PP materials are recyclable, aligning with green manufacturing and circular economy principles and offering clear advantages in lifecycle carbon emissions.

Zhongqiao Enlightenment’s PP integrated sewage treatment equipment supports AO, A²O, MBR, and MBBR process combinations, with flexible treatment scales from household to community level. The equipment can be buried, surface-mounted, or mobile, with a clean appearance that blends easily with the surrounding environment. The company also provides integrated pump stations, air flotation machines, lamella sedimentation tanks, mechanical grilles, and sludge dewatering equipment to form complete treatment solutions.
