Our Lamella Sedimentation Tank, also known as inclined plate clarifier, is an advanced high-efficiency solid-liquid separation equipment optimized for modern wastewater treatment projects. Different from conventional horizontal sedimentation tanks, this lamella clarifier adopts shallow sedimentation theory and densely arranged inclined plate structures, greatly amplifying the effective settling area within limited space. The Lamella Sedimentation Tank operates on the shallow layer sedimentation principle and gravity separation mechanism. Wastewater flows evenly through a series of parallel inclined plates inside the tank. Fine suspended particles and sludge settle rapidly on the surface of the inclined plates due to gravity, instead of relying on long-distance settling in traditional tanks. The accumulated sludge slides down the inclined plates to the bottom sludge hopper for centralized collection and automatic discharge. After solid-liquid separation, the purified clear water rises to the upper water outlet and is discharged stably. The unique inclined plate layout shortens particle settling distance and retention time, effectively avoiding particle re-suspension and greatly improving overall sedimentation efficiency compared with conventional sedimentation equipment.
