Engineered for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants, this PVDF hollow fiber MBR membrane delivers superior solid-liquid separation with an average pore size of 0.1 μm — fine enough to retain suspended solids, bacteria, and pathogens while allowing clean water molecules to pass through. The membrane adopts an outside-in negative pressure suction design, which allows the activated sludge mixture to flow across the outer surface of the fibers while filtered permeate is drawn through the lumen, ensuring stable operation even at high sludge concentrations.
Manufactured from new-generation anti-fouling PVDF material, the membrane ensures a high operational flux of 10–25 L/(m²·h) and excellent chemical tolerance across a pH range of 2–12. Its superior hydrophilicity minimizes organic fouling, reducing cleaning frequency and extending service life. The membrane operates reliably at temperatures from 5–45°C and MLSS concentrations of 4–13 mg/L, covering virtually all mainstream biological wastewater treatment conditions.
