Large Integrated Wastewater Treatment System Prepared for Project Delivery
Project Overview: Zhongqiao completed manufacturing and delivery preparation for a large carbon-steel integrated wastewater treatment system. Factory Inspection: Before the unit left the production base, the project team reviewed structural dimensions, weld quality, sealing points, pipeline openings and accessory completeness. Electrical and mechanical components supplied with the system were checked against the delivery list, while vulnerable items were protected for transportation.
Logistics Preparation: The equipment body and supporting accessories were arranged on a heavy-duty flatbed vehicle. Tie-down positions were selected to stabilize the load without damaging the coating or connection points. Separate accessories were packaged and secured so that installation teams could identify and assemble them efficiently after arrival.

Site Implementation: After delivery, installation work focuses on positioning the equipment, connecting inlet and outlet pipelines, completing utility connections and commissioning the treatment process. Factory prefabrication helps shorten the construction schedule and reduces the number of interfaces that must be coordinated on site.
