この浮遊機は,ポンプ内の圧縮混合を活用し,同時に水と空気を吸い込み,直径25-40ミクロンの微小泡を生成します.リターンポンプの必要性をなくす自動ガス液体分離タンクには,安定した性能を持つ自己調節可能な溶けた空気システムがあります.このシステムは"分以内に調整され,再調節の必要なく,頻繁な起動と停止を可能にします.
この装置の気流部は,ガス液混合ポンプで完成します.処理後,清潔な水は,ガス液混合ポンプに再循環されます.ポンプが液体を吸い込むとき,ポンプの入口に一定の負圧が形成されます吸入口を通って液体と共に空気が吸入される.空気は液体に溶け込み,高速回転ポンプホイペラーによって切断されます.
動作条件とガスと液体の混合比を調整することで,高分散型マイクロバブルを得たり,最大気取りを達成することができます.ポンプの仕様に応じて液体の空気含有量は最大30%に達します.この飽和 (または超飽和) 溶けた空気が水中に侵入すると,ニコニタンクは一定の期間安定します.放出装置を通して迅速に圧縮されます.25~40ミクロン直径の微小泡を放出します
処理されていない廃水は浮遊タンクに入ります. 浮遊過程中に循環した溶けた空気水と完全に混ざり,浮遊部分に入ります.投与後微小な泡と混じり 微小な泡は浮遊物につなぎ 水面に持ち上げます表面に浮いている懸浮固体は,スキマーで継続的に除去されます.液体の表面全体に沿って移動し,浮力タンクの入口端から出口端まで懸浮固体を押し出す.
