공기 부양 장치
이 부양 장치는 펌프 내 가압 혼합을 활용하여 물과 공기를 동시에 흡입합니다. 직경 25-40 마이크로미터의 미세 기포를 생성하여 반환 펌프, 공기 압축기, 분사기 또는 용존 공기 탱크의 필요성을 없애 설계가 단순화됩니다. 자동 가스-액체 분리 탱크는 안정적인 성능을 갖춘 자체 조절 용존 공기 시스템을 특징으로 합니다. 시스템은 "1분" 이내에 조정할 수 있으며 재조정 없이 빈번한 시작 및 중지가 가능합니다.
이 장비의 통기 부분은 가스-액체 혼합 펌프로 완료됩니다. 처리 후 깨끗한 물은 가스-액체 혼합 펌프로 재순환됩니다. 펌프가 액체를 흡입할 때 펌프 흡입구에 특정 음압이 형성되어 흡입구를 통해 액체와 함께 공기가 흡입됩니다. 공기는 고속 회전하는 펌프 임펠러에 의해 전단되면서 액체에 용해됩니다.
