침전조
경사관(판) 침전조는 얕은 연못 침전 이론을 기반으로 설계되었으며 고효율 복합 침전조에 속하며 일반적으로 얕은 연못 침전조라고도 합니다. 이 장비는 침전 구역 내에 밀집된 경사관 또는 판이 장착되어 있어 물 속의 부유 불순물이 침전을 완료합니다. 물은 경사관(판)을 따라 상승하고 분리된 슬러지는 중력에 의해 탱크 바닥으로 미끄러져 내려간 후 중앙에서 배출됩니다. 이 구조는 침전 효율을 50%~60% 증가시킬 수 있으며, 동일한 바닥 면적에서 처리 용량을 2~4배 증가시킬 수 있습니다. 경사관 침전 장치는 원래 폐수 테스트 데이터를 기반으로 유량에 맞게 맞춤 제작할 수 있으며, 작동 중에는 일반적으로 응집제가 필요합니다.
경사관 침전 수처리 공정은 슬러지 현탁층 위에 60°의 기울기 각도를 가진 경사관 부품을 설치하는 것을 포함합니다. 응집제를 첨가한 후 형성된 원수 또는 응집된 명반 플록의 부유 고형물은 경사관의 바닥 표면에 축적되어 얇은 슬러지 층을 형성합니다. 중력의 작용으로 슬러지 층은 슬러지 현탁층으로 다시 미끄러져 내려가 결국 슬러지 수집 버킷으로 침전되며, 여기서 슬러지 배출 파이프를 통해 슬러지 탱크로 배출되어 후속 처리 또는 종합 활용됩니다. 상등액은 깨끗한 물 구역으로 상승하여 배출되며, 직접 배출하거나 재사용할 수 있습니다.
