  2. 방류수 수질이 우수하고 안정적이며 국가 1급 배출 기준을 충족합니다. 역세척 강도가 높고 주파수 조절이 가능하여 조류 성장을 효과적으로 억제하여 필터 천 막힘 및 경화를 방지합니다.
  3. 섬유 회전 필터는 초저 운영 비용을 특징으로 합니다. 생화학 처리 후 고급 처리의 운영 비용은 톤당 0.004 RMB에 불과합니다.
  4. 선택된 필터 천은 소수성이며 막힘에 강하고 최대 5μm의 여과 정밀도를 제공합니다.
  5. 유입 위어는 낮은 유량 교란을 위해 설계되었습니다. 여과 및 역세척은 동시에 작동하며, 탱크 내 단일 디스크 면적의 1%만이 순간적으로 역세척됩니다. 이는 연속적인 여과와 충격 부하에 대한 강한 저항성을 보장합니다.
  6. 역세척 시스템은 퇴적된 슬러지 층의 여과 효과를 유지하면서 낮은 마모를 위해 설계되었습니다.

  7. PLC 자동 제어 시스템과 터치스크린을 장착하여 실시간 상태 및 시간 표시를 제공합니다. 단일 또는 이중 역세척 모드를 지원하며, 역세척 및 슬러지 배출 간격 및 지속 시간은 수위 또는 타이머로 제어할 수 있습니다. 높은 자동화로 인해 현장 전담 인력이 필요하지 않습니다.
  8. 이 장비는 적은 수의 기계 부품을 사용합니다. 펌프와 모터는 간헐적으로 작동합니다. 필터 디스크는 여과 중에는 정지해 있으며 역세척 또는 슬러지 배출 중에만 작동합니다. 필터 천 마모가 최소화되며, 필터 디스크는 디스크당 10분 이내에 쉽게 교체할 수 있습니다.
