The Biofilm Fiber Turntable Reactor is an innovative biofilm reactor developed by Shandong Zhongqiao Qidi Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. It can stably meet the Class A National Discharge Standard.

This reactor effectively solves the operational problems of the MBR process in integrated equipment, especially the serious attenuation of MBR membrane flux, the inconsistency between actual flux and design flux, difficulties in backwashing and offline cleaning, as well as severe sludge wrapping on membranes.

- Developed through four years of experimental research and engineering practice by Zhong Qiao Enlightenment, the technology is mature and reliable.
- Effluent quality is excellent and stable, meeting Class A national discharge standards. Backwashing intensity is high with adjustable frequency, effectively inhibiting algae growth to prevent filter cloth clogging and hardening.
- The fiber rotary filter features ultra-low operating cost. After biochemical treatment, the running cost for advanced treatment is only 0.004 RMB per ton of water.
- The selected filter cloth is hydrophobic and resistant to clogging, with a filtration precision of up to 5μm.
- The influent weir is designed for low flow disturbance. Filtration and backwashing operate simultaneously, with only 1% of the single disk area in the tank undergoing backwashing at any moment. This ensures continuous filtration and strong resistance to shock loading.
- The backwashing system is designed for low wear while preserving the filtration effect of the deposited sludge layer.

- Equipped with a PLC automatic control system and touchscreen for real‑time status and time display. It supports single or dual backwashing modes; backwashing and sludge discharge intervals and durations can be controlled by liquid level or timer. High automation eliminates the need for dedicated on‑site personnel.
- The equipment uses a small number of mechanical components. Pumps and motors run intermittently: the filter disk remains stationary during filtration and only operates during backwashing or sludge discharge. Filter cloth wear is minimal, and filter disks are easily replaceable within just 10 minutes per disk.
- The equipment has a low idle rate and low overall installed power.
