PP series integrated sewage treatment equipment, also known as new material integrated sewage treatment equipment, is made of polymer materials. This device is produced through the mold winding integrated molding process, therefore it is presented in the form of a tank.
The internal partition of the tank adopts fully automatic welding technology to ensure precise and reliable connection; The two side heads are injection molded together to further ensure the stability and durability of the overall structure.

High modulus polypropylene is selected as the winding material for raw materials, which is an ideal choice for plastic materials used in underground drainage, sewage treatment, and wastewater treatment. Its elastic modulus is ≥ 1500MPA, which is higher than the 800MPA of HDPE. The elastic modulus determines the product ring stifness, and the higher the elastic modulus, the higher the product ring stiffness.
Polypropylene itself is a non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless milky white high crystalline polymer with a density of only 0.90-0.91g/cm³, making it one of the lighter density varieties among all plastics currently available; It has extremely strong stability to water, with a water absorption rate of only 0.01%, good molding performance, and high surface glossiness of the products made.
In addition, polypropylene has better strength, stiffness, hardness, and heat resistance than low-pressure polyethylene,and can be used stably in environments around 100 °℃.It also has good dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation,and its insulation effect is not affected by humidity.It has little effect on common organic solvents such as acids and alkalis,and is not only suitable for drainage and sewage scenarios,but can also be used to make tableware.

The high modulus polypropylene ring has high stiffness and elastic modulus up to 1850MPa. The winding structure wall and inner wall are reasonably combined,and the structure is scientifically reasonable with good sealing performance and zero leakage.
Adopting the hot state winding molding process,the quality of the fusion joint is high,and the socket and plug have integrated electric welding joints.Electric fusion welding is used to form a closed plastic pipeline system,preventing any harmful substances from entering the soil and causing pollution.We not only focus on cleanliness above ground,but also on environmental protection underground.
