Different from PP equipment with limited bearing capacity, carbon steel integrated units can withstand heavy external pressure, ground settlement and harsh external forces, ensuring long-term structural stability even in complex terrain and harsh weather conditions. The overall service life can reach 15 to 20 years after professional anti-corrosion treatment, achieving long-term and stable operation with low failure rate.
Anti-corrosion technology is the core highlight of carbon steel sewage treatment equipment. To solve the natural defect of easy rusting of carbon steel, we adopt multi-layer professional anti-corrosion treatment technology including sand blasting rust removal, primer anti-corrosion coating, intermediate paint reinforcement and top paint anti-oxidation protection. The internal anti-corrosion layer is specially customized for biochemical sewage environment, which resists long-term erosion of organic wastewater, acid-base substances and microbial metabolism. The external anti-corrosion coating can effectively isolate oxygen, rainwater and ultraviolet radiation, preventing shell aging and rust peeling. After strict anti-corrosion treatment, the equipment can adapt to underground buried installation, outdoor open-air placement and humid coastal environments, greatly improving environmental adaptability.
The equipment adopts a highly integrated modular process design, concentrating all sewage treatment procedures into a single compact steel tank. The internal system covers grille interception, water adjustment, anaerobic hydrolysis, anoxic denitrification, aerobic biochemical degradation, secondary sedimentation, disinfection and sludge reflux system, realizing full automatic sewage purification. The integrated structure saves a large amount of civil engineering investment and floor space compared with traditional separate sewage treatment stations. The buried installation mode does not occupy surface land resources, and the top space can be used for greening and landscape construction, which is beautiful and practical, perfectly matching urban and rural ecological environmental renovation requirements.

In terms of core technical process, the equipment adopts the improved A/O biochemical treatment process, which is stable, efficient and easy to operate. Firstly, the raw sewage enters the grille area to intercept large suspended impurities such as branches, plastic bags and sediment, protecting subsequent pumps and biochemical systems from blockage. Then the sewage flows into the regulating tank to balance water quality and water volume, eliminating the impact of peak water inflow on the treatment system and ensuring stable system operation. After that, the sewage enters the anaerobic tank, where macromolecular organic matter is decomposed into small molecular substances through microbial hydrolysis and acidification, improving the biodegradability of sewage and laying a foundation for subsequent aerobic treatment.
Subsequently, the sewage flows into the anoxic tank to complete denitrification reaction. Under the action of denitrifying bacteria, nitrate nitrogen in the sewage is converted into nitrogen and discharged into the air, realizing effective removal of total nitrogen. In the aerobic tank, a large number of high-efficiency aerobic microorganisms are attached to the biological filler. Through sufficient oxygen supply, the microorganisms fully decompose organic pollutants, ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus in the sewage into carbon dioxide, water and harmless microbial sludge. The optimized gas-water mixing system ensures uniform oxygen dissolution, high microbial activity and high sewage purification efficiency.
After biochemical degradation, the mixed liquid flows into the secondary sedimentation tank to realize solid-liquid separation. The activated sludge sinks to the bottom, and part of the sludge flows back to the biochemical tank to supplement microbial strains, maintaining the stability of the microbial system. The supernatant after precipitation enters the disinfection tank, where ultraviolet disinfection or sodium hypochlorite disinfection is used to kill harmful bacteria, coliforms and pathogens in the water body. Finally, the treated clean water reaches the national and international discharge standards and can be discharged up to standard or reused for greening irrigation and road washing.
In terms of operation and management advantages, carbon steel integrated sewage treatment equipment is equipped with a full-automatic electric control system and fault self-detection function. The whole system runs automatically without special personnel on duty, which greatly saves labor costs. The equipment has strong impact load resistance and can cope with sudden changes of sewage volume and water quality, avoiding system paralysis caused by water quality fluctuation. In addition, the carbon steel structure is convenient for transportation, hoisting and on-site installation, with short project cycle and quick commissioning.
