この構造は,降水効率を50~60%向上させ,同じ面積で処理能力を2~4倍に高めることができます.異なる流量を持つ傾斜チューブ堆積機を設計することができる.凝固剤は通常使用中に加わります.
構造と原則
傾斜チューブ沉着浄化方法は,傾斜チューブ部品をスランプ懸浮層の上方60度傾斜角度で設置することで,懸浮固体,生水に凝固剤を加えることで形成される固体やフラックは,傾斜管の底面に薄い泥層に集まる.重力によってスランプススペンション層に戻り,スランプ収集ホッパーに沈む.粘土は放出パイプを通って粘土タンクに放出され,さらに処理または総合利用されます.放出のために,直接放出または再利用できる清潔な水域に徐々に上昇します.
