소개
경사관(판) 침전조는 얕은 탱크 침전 이론을 기반으로 설계된 효율적인 복합 침전조로, 얕은 탱크 침전조라고도 합니다. 침전 구역에 많은 밀집된 경사관 또는 판을 설치하여 물 속의 부유 불순물이 경사관 또는 판에 침전되도록 합니다. 물은 상승하여 경사관 또는 판을 따라 흐르고, 분리된 슬러지는 중력 작용으로 경사관(판)을 따라 하강하여 수조 바닥으로 이동한 후 농축 배출됩니다.
장비 특징
이 구조는 침전 효율을 50-60% 향상시키고 동일 면적에서 처리 용량을 2-4배 증가시킬 수 있습니다. 원 폐수 실험 데이터에 따르면 다양한 유량의 경사관 침전조를 설계할 수 있으며, 일반적으로 사용 시 응집제를 첨가합니다.
구조 및 원리
경사관 침전 정화 방법은 슬러지 부유층 위에 60도의 경사각을 가진 경사관 부품을 설치하여, 원수에 응집제를 첨가하여 형성된 부유 고형물, 고형물 또는 플록이 경사관 바닥 표면에 얇은 슬러지 층으로 응집되어 중력에 의해 슬러지 부유층으로 다시 미끄러져 내려가 슬러지 수집 호퍼로 침전되도록 하는 것입니다. 슬러지는 배출관을 통해 슬러지 탱크로 배출되어 추가 처리 또는 종합 활용되며, 상등액은 점차 깨끗한 물 구역으로 상승하여 배출되며, 직접 배출하거나 재사용할 수 있습니다.
