This flotation machine utilizes in-pump pressurized mixing,simultaneously drawing in water and air. It generates fine microbubbles with a diameter of 25-40 microns,climinating the need for areturn pump,air compressor, cjector, or dissolved airtank,simplifying the design. The automatic gas-liquid separation tank features a self-regulating dissolved air system with stable performance. The system can be adjusted within "one minute"and allows for frequent start-ups and shutdowns without the need for re-tuning.

The aeration section of this equipment is completed by a gas-liquid mixing pump.After treatment, clean water is recirculatedto the gas-liquid mixing pump.When thepump draws in liquid,a certain negative pressure is form edatthe pump'sinlet,causingair to be drawn in along with the liquid through the suction port.The air is then dissolved into the liquidas itis sheared by thehigh-speed rotating pump impeller.
By adjusting the operating conditions and the mixing ratio of gas and liquid, highlydispersed microbubbles can be obtained or the maximum air entrainment can be achieved. Depending on the pump'sspecifications,the air content in the liquid can reach up to30%. When this saturated (or even supersaturated) dissolved air waterenters the Nicconitank andis stabilized for a certain period,itis then rapidly depressurized through the release device,releasing highly dense microbubbles with a diameter of 25-40 microns.
Untreated wastewater enters the flotation tank, where it fullymixes with the recirculated dissolved air water during the rising process and enters the flotation section. The coagulated wastewater, after dosing,enters the flotation section where it mixes with these microbubbles, The microbubbles attach to the suspended solids and carry them to the surface of the water. The suspended solids floating on the surface are continuously removed by a skimmer, which moves along the entire liquid surface, pushing the suspended solids from the inlet end of the flotation tank to the outlet end.
This machine is suitable for applications involving the separation of suspended solids,flocculent from coagulation reactions,and oil-water separation in industries such as municipal, papermaking, chemical, beverage, dyeing, textile, refining,electroplating,food processing,slaughtering,and leather.

The skimmer's blades are fixed at both ends of a chain, and the skimmer is driven by atransmission system powered by a motor. The contaminants are scraped onto an inclined metal plate and then pushed into thescum discharge trough for removal, The purified wastewater is discharged through the outlet pipe, which is equipped with aliquid level control device to adjust the height ofthe liquid level in the sedimentation scum area.
