Zhongqiao Enlightenment's PP New Material Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment is independently developed using high-performance polypropylene (PP) produced via an exclusive mold-winding forming process.
It offers outstanding corrosion resistance, extended service life over 20 years, and lightweight design.

2. Core Technology and Working Principle
The equipment combines MBR (Membrane Bioreactor), A/O biochemical treatment, and inclined-plate sedimentation.
Raw wastewater is pre-treated through a bar screen and enters an equalization tank. A/O biochemical reactions degrade organic pollutants.
Effluent enters the MBR membrane module where PVDF hollow-fiber membranes retain bacteria, suspended solids, and pathogens, ensuring Class 1-A effluent quality.
The fully enclosed design with PLC automatic control enables unattended operation.
The built-in Hundun Cloud IoT platform supports remote monitoring, fault alarms, and data analytics.
